This incredible raglan tee remembers the southern rock legend Charlie Daniels and his band. Daniels got his start in music in the 50s and he formed his band in the 70s. The Charlie Daniels Band is best known for their chart topping single, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," but some of their other hits include "In America," "Long Haired Country Boy," and "Uneasy Rider."

Daniels was an incredibly skilled musician, especially with string instruments like the guitar, mandolin, banjo, and fiddle. Before founding his southern rock band, Daniels dabbled in genres such as country, rock and roll, and even jazz. Daniels found some success as a songwriter and session musician for artists like Bob Dylan and Ringo Starr.

Daniels' career took off in 1970 with the released of his eponymous debut album which laid the foundations for the future of souther rock. His following albums like Fire on the Mountain and Nightrider only further secured the Charlie Daniels Band's legacy as southern rock icons. The band's most successful album to date was Million Mile Reflections, which included their well-known hit "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." That track ultimately won Daniels the 1979 Grammy Award for Best Country Vocal Performance.
