This cool shirt was made in the 70s by the influential t-shirt company Crazy Shirts, and the shirt features a beautiful floral graphic celebrating the birthplace of the brand, Hawaii. Crazy Shirts was started by Rick Ralston, who began airbrushing and selling graphic tees when he was just a teenager in California. In 1964, he started selling his shirts at the International Market Place in Waikiki, and from there the brand began to take off.
When Crazy Shirts first began, t-shirts had yet to become a staple of everyday fashion, but tourists and locals alike were intrigued by Ralston's unique graphics. By 1970, he was able to open his second shop in the Ala Moana shopping center, with patrons eager to get their hands on awesome tees like this one.
The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern women's adult small.
