This shirt pays tribute to Martin Luther King Jr Day, which takes place the third Monday in January, near MLK's birthday which was on January 15th. On the back of this shirt is his legendary "I have a dream..." speech. The speech was delivered during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom on August  28, 1963. The speech itself was an amalgamation of other public addresses he delivered before and after. King had many improvised moments during this particular rendition of the speech, including the repetition of the phrase "I have a dream..."
