This sweet black graphic tee features the lyrics for rapper Tone Loc's 1989 single "Wild Thing". The shirt reads, "Let's do the wild thing! Asta Lavista, baby!". "Wild Thing" was featured on Tone Loc's album Loc-ed After Dark and it was inspired by a phrase used in the Spike Lee film She's Gotta Have It. The lyrics were written by Young MC and the song centers around the euphemistic slang "doin' the wild thing". 

The song spawned a music video that received heavy rotation on MTV. The concept for the video was a parody of Robert Palmer's "Addicted to Love" video, and it featured mini skirt-clad women playing guitars around Tone Loc. The female lead of the video was portrayed by Tracy Camilla Johns, who played the lead character in She's Gotta Have It, further connecting the song to its inspiration.
