This vintage tee was custom made for the 1983 Lilac Bloomsday Run in Spokane, Washington. It's aged nicely over the years and has lots of life left. Features old school graphics, soft poly cotton, and the iconic Nike swoosh logo.
The Lilac Bloomsday Run dates back to 1977 thanks to founder Don Kardong. It kicks off every May in Spokane, Washington. Since the eighties, the road race has attracted over 38,000 participants who come to take on the 12 km course. Based on the Nike logo, this event was probably sponsored by the sportswear giant. The 1983 rendition of the race saw winners from the USA (Jon Sinclair) and New Zealand (Anne Audain).
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. This shirt is dark blue. Nike swoosh logo on the sleeve, see pics.
