This awesome raglan concert tee is from the Momentary Lapse of Reason Tour from Pink Floyd. In 1987 and 1988 the band held two consecutive world tours in support of their thirteenth studio album, A Momentary Lapse of Reason. This was the band's first album recorded without their founding bassist and primary lyricist, Roger Waters, and it was released amidst some lengthy legal battles concerning the rights to the Pink Floyd name.
Waters actually threatened to sue several US promoters if they used the Pink Floyd name for the album's promotional tour. When the tour proceeded as scheduled, he then resorted to issuing a writ for copyright fees for the band's use of his famous flying pig prop. However this didn't deter his former band mates, David Gilmour and Nick Mason. They proceeded to outfit the pig with a large set of male genitalia, and argued that Waters only owned the rights to a flying sow prop.
Regardless of the drama, the Momentary Lapse of Reason Tour was a commercial success. It was one of the first concert tours to reportedly gross more than $100 million and it was one of the highest grossing tours of the decade.
The tag says extra large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult large. There is some light discoloration on the back, see pics.
