This awesome tee is for the band Aerosmith and their 1993 album Get a Grip from Geffen Records. The front of the tee features a portrait of the band, while the back has lyrics from the album's lead single "Livin' on the Edge". Aerosmith was formed at the beginning of the 70s, and throughout the decade they gained mainstream success with albums like Toys in the Attic and Rocks. By the 80s, drug addiction and internal conflicts began to take their toll and their popularity began to wane, but after a trip to rehab, they were back on top by the end of the decade.

From the late 80s into the 90s, Aerosmith released several multi-platinum albums. This included Get a Grip, which along with "Livin' on the Edge", featured the hit singles "Cryin'" and "Crazy".  Both "Crazy" and "Livin' on the Edge" also earned the band Grammy Awards for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal. With more than 20 million copies sold, Get a Grip became Aerosmith's best-selling studio album worldwide, and it was their first one to reach the top of the US charts.
