This amazing concert tee is for the seminal Seattle grunge band, Alice in Chains and it was made for their 1993 tour. During this time, Alice in Chains was promoting their second studio album Dirt, a commercial success that earned the band a Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance.

The graphic on this tee was made by Jesse Higman, a frequent collaborator of the band, and a friend of their late vocalist Layne Staley, who Higman had known from before the group made their commercial breakthrough. After the band hit big, Higman felt that a recent college grad like him was too much of a nobody to work with such a major client, but he was persuaded to create something for them in 1992, and from there he became one of Alice in Chains' go-to artists.

Alice in Chains was one of the biggest bands of the 90s grunge movement, and Dirt gave birth to five notable singles. These included "Them Bones", "Angry Chair", "Rooster", "Down in a Hole", and finally "Would?", which was nominated for an MTV Video Music Award for Best Video from a Film, after it was featured in the 1992 film Singles.

Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. This shirt is soft and distressed with spots and holes, see pics.
