This sweet vintage shirt features a graphic for the 1958 movie The Badlanders. Directed by Delmer Daves who was best known for his westerns such as Broken Arrow and 3:10 to Yuma, The Badlanders was a western caper film that was based on the 1949 novel The Asphalt Jungle by W.R. Burnett. The movie starred Alan Ladd and Ernest Borgnine as a pair of recently released criminals who get involved in a gold theft scheme.

The movie also featured Katy Jurado in the role of Anita. Jurado and Borgnine became exceedingly close during filming, and a reporter even started a rumor that the two were secretly involved with one another. The rumor upset Borgnine's wife and she eventually left him. Ironically, he and Jurado grew even closer because of her absence and eventually came to be married.
