This sweet NASCAR tee celebrates Stock Car Hall of Fame driver Ernie Irvan, and it shows off his #28 Texaco-Havoline Ford, which he drove for Yates Racing. Irvan began driving the car in the Winston Cup Series in 1993. He was personally asked to takeover following the death of the car's previous driver, his dear friend Davey Allison. The following year Irvan sustained a serious head injury in a crash caused by a blown tire. Despite this crash leaving him with only a 10% chance of survival, Irvan persevered. He returned the following season, and continued racing professionally until the end of the decade.
