This awesome shirt was made back in the 90s to help promote the 1997 sci fi comedy Men in Black. The movie was directed by Barry Sonnefeld , who was also responsible for the  live action Addams Family movies of the 1990s, and the film was based off of the Men in Black comic book series that was created by Lowell Cunningham and Sandy Carruthers. 

Men in Black starred Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones as Agents J and K, two secret government agents who are responsible for monitoring extraterrestrial lifeforms living on earth. The film also featured Vincent D'onofrio as the villain Edgar the Bug, a hostile alien cockroach who is disguised as human for the majority of the film. Other actors that had been considered for the cast included Clint Eastwood as Agent K, David Schwimmer as Agent J, and Bruce Campbell as Edgar.

The movie featured a soundtrack scored by Danny Elfman and special effects makeup crafted by Rick Baker. Baker was previously known for his prolific work on other films, most notably An American Werewolf in London for which he received the first ever Academy Award for Best Makeup. Men in Black managed to win Baker another Academy Award and the movie was also nominated for the categories of Best Art Direction and Best Original Score.
