This cool tee is to rep for the Sacramento Surge football team. The team played in the World League of American Football for the '91 and '92 seasons.

The World League of American Football intended to be an international league for American Football. Likely due to the already popular NFL, the league was largely ignored in the United States, but hugely popular abroad. By 1995 the league had given up on the states and become the NFL Europe.

The Surge were coached by former Buffalo Bills quarterback and head coach Kay Stephenson. The team won the World Bowl in 1992 with future WWE superstar Bill Goldberg.
