This awesome vintage shirt was made by Reebok in the 90s, when the NBA was at its peak in popularity. The shirt promotes one of the league's most iconic players of the decade, Shaquille O'Neal and it features the slogan "Shaq Was Here" and the Pepsi logo.
Shaquille O'Neal was drafted into the NBA in 1992. He was drafted first pick overall by the Orlando Magic, and he played for the team up until 1996, when he was moved to the Los Angeles Lakers. Standing at an impressive 7 ft 1 in., Shaq is remembered as one of the greatest centers and professional basketball players of all time. During his time playing for the Magic he earned the Rookie of the Year Award and helped the team reach the 1995 NBA Finals. He then helped the Lakers to earn three consecutive NBA Championships in the early 2000s before he was traded to the Miami Heat.
Off the court, O'Neal has solidified himself as a cultural icon of the 90s. He released a total of five studio albums over the years, starting in 1993 with his debut titled Shaq Diesel. Although critics have panned Shaq's rap career, his debut album did manage to go platinum. He also ventured into acting, starting with the movies Blue Chips and Kazaam. He became one of the first African Americans to portray a comic book superhero when he played the lead in the 1997 movie Steel. Like his rapping, his acting career has not been highly regarded, but it certainly made him a staple of 90s pop culture.
