This amazing all over print t-shirt celebrates the iconic wrestler Sting and his time with World Championship Wrestling. This shirt shows off an early incarnation of the wrestler, before he donned his full white face paint, that was inspired by Brandon Lee's portrayal as The Crow. Sting has been regarded as one of the greatest performers in WCW history, and one thing that certainly set the wrestler apart was his ability and willingness to constantly evolve and adapt his gimmick to keep fans' attention.

During his early days, Sting portrayed more of a surfer persona, which included a signature bleach blond cut. It was with this gimmick, that he earned the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and his first WCW World Heavyweight title.  At that time, Sting was considered the WCW's franchise wrestler and a superstar comparable to Hulk Hogan, who at the time was signed to the WWF.

In the mid 90s, Sting reinvented his look alongside the introduction of the wrestling stable the New World Order, but this shirt celebrates the wrestler's early achievements, and it also features a phrase sometimes associated with the wrestler, "Fatal Encounter".
