This cool tee pays tribute to D-Generation X, a wrestling stable that originated in the World Wrestling Federation. The group premiered in the late 90s, and they were intended to foil another prominent WWF faction, the Hart Foundation. The group helped to usher in the WWF's wildly popular Attitude Era, and they were one of the driving forces behind the franchise's popularity during the late 90s and early 2000s. This shirt is copyright 2002, two years after the stable officially disbanded. Although a reunion was teased in 2002, the group didn't actually reform until 2006, and at that time DX consisted only of the duo of Shawn Michaels and Triple H, who are the two wrestlers pictured on this tee.
