This sweet 70s band tee sports the logo for the group Public Image Ltd, also known as PiL. The band were founded by lead vocalist John Lydon following his departure from the Sex Pistols. Another founding member recruited by Lydon was Keith Levene of the Clash. The pair had met each other touring together, and both felt like outsiders within their former bands. With the addition of Jah Wobble and Jim Walker, PiL released their debut studio album, Public Image: First Issue in 1978.

This first release featured an abrasive sound that was an eclectic mix of influences like dub, noise, progressive rock, and disco. The band then pushed their avant-garde style even further the following year, when they released their second album Metal Box. This follow up is considered by many to be a landmark of the post-punk genre, and it even landed on Rolling Stone magazine's list of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

The tag says medium but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small. There is a small spot on the front, see pics.
