This is an awesome v-neck pullover sweater made by Op in the 80s!  The body of the sweater is black with a classic Op logo embroidered in red on the chest.  It has raglan sleeves that are white in the shoulder but blue with red stripes down the fore-arms, ending in black cuffs.  Very cool!
