This cool sweatshirt promotes B.U.M. Equipment, an apparel brand that was founded in Seattle in 1986. This sweatshirt was made in the 80s before the company filed for bankruptcy and was relaunched under new management. B.U.M. was relaunched in the 90s under SOS Management, who grew their sales by signing new licenses and selling products to retail stores like Target. One well known B.U.M customer from that decade was country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, who sported their workout tanks during his 1992 tour.

Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There is a spot on the front, a repair on the left sleeve when wearing, and some wear on the back of the collar, see pics.
