This awesome 70s shirt is totally blank on the front, but the back sports an amazing iron on graphic from Roach Studios. Roach was a titan of the early t-shirt scene during the 60s and 70s, and much of their success was thanks to their bold top notch graphics. By utilizing iron on decals, Roach was able to easily produce graphic tees without the hassle of silk screens. This allowed them to instead focus their efforts on building an impressive portfolio of images. Roach used to employ iconic poster and comix artists like Rick Griffin, David Mann, and Robert Crumb, and they were able to do this thanks to former Roth Studios artist Ed Newton. Roach employed Newton in the early 70s, and he gave the company access to all of his custom car and underground artist friends. This vibrant neon design was actually drawn by Newton himself, and if you look closely you can find his signature hidden within the graphic.
The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There's some discoloration and the graphic is beginning to peel, see pics.
