This cool tee commemorates the 3rd annual Twin Cities Marathon, that took place in September of 1984. The event was started in 1982, after Minneapolis and St. Paul decided to merge their separate marathon events. Since then, it has grown into one of the top ten largest marathons in the country, and it's earned a reputation as "the most beautiful urban marathon in America", thanks to its picturesque race course. The sleeves of this tee also feature the sponsors for that year's event, WCCO radio and Pillsbury.
