This awesome vintage tee shows off a cool medical illustration drawn by the talented Leslie Arwin. Back in the 70s and 80s, Arwin became known for her detailed illustrations documenting the human body and its physiology. Her drawings were printed onto t-shirts called Skeletees, as a nod to one of her most popular designs, a depiction of the human skeleton.

One thing that has made Arwin's designs so appealing are their anatomical accuracy. She was board certified in family and occupational medicine, and also used to teach anatomy at the University of Michigan and University of Texas. This shirt just shows off one of several popular designs from Arwin, and it depicts the heart and cardiovascular system, as well as some parts of the urinary system, such as the bladder and kidneys.
