This cool double-sided tee was made for a volunteer at the 1987 International Summer Special Olympics, held in South Bend, Indiana. This edition of the Special Olympics World Games were sponsored by the Hardee's fast food chain, which is featured on the back of the tee. For decades the Special Olympics have provided athletic opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, and the 1987 games took place just one year before they were officially recognized by the International Olympic Committee.
