This sweet tee showcases Max Headroom, the "first computer-generated television personality". Max was a fictional TV personality that appeared during the 80s, however he was not actually computer-generated. Max was portrayed by the flesh and blood actor, Matt Frewer. To create the illusion that Max was a computer program, Frewer wore heavy prosthetic makeup and he was placed in front of hand drawn backgrounds. The character's signature speech pattern was then achieved using a harmonizer to randomly pitch Frewer's voice up or down.

Max Headroom first appeared in a British made for TV movie titled Max Headroom: 20 Minutes into the Future. He was then given two spin-off series. That included one for British television, and another for American TV. This particular shirt shows how the distinctive character became a pop culture icon, and it references a Coca-Cola ad thats featured Max and the tag line "Catch the Wave".

Tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium
