This cool tee was made in the 70s in honor of America's Cup. This coveted trophy is awarded through an international sailing competition which is commonly known as the America's Cup Race. The race typically involves only two opponents, the defending yacht club and their challenger. In 1970, they began allowing multiple challengers to apply and a selection series started being held to determine which club would become the official challenger. This shirt features a logo that says "Swedish Challenge", and it was likely made for a selection series race, as there have never been any official challenging clubs from Sweden.
