This vintage tee pays tribute to the historic Carthage Paper Mill in Jefferson County, New York. This shirt was made in the 80s, after the mill was purchased by the James River Corporation. Established back in 1915, the mill was originally owned by the Zellerbach Paper Company until around 1985.
