This particular tee was made for a broadcast of the telethon for WGAN-TV, a television station located in Portland, Maine. The telethon was an annual tradition broadcast each Labor Day, and it was hosted by comedian Jerry Lewis to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
