This vintage tee pays homage American space travel and NASA. It's an eighties original featuring dreamy rainbow graphics, one hundred percent cotton, and that old school look and feel.

Launch Fever or "go fever" is a term coined back in 1967, following the Apollo 1 space shuttle fire. It has also been used to reference other tragedies like the Space Shuttle Challenger and Columbia disasters. Launch fever is a result of both individual and collective aspects of human behavior, most notably the presence of being in a rush or hurry that results in errors or potential problems being overlooked. In psychology, it is comparable to the "groupthink" phenomenon; and in economics it's comparable to "sunk cost."

This tee was probably made during the 1980s, before the Challenger disaster of 1986, possibly as an attempt to reclaim the term and give it a more positive connotation.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium
