This light blue vintage t-shirt has a funny graphic of the Molokai Mule. The image is of a mule holding a cocktail up in "Cheers" while wearing a lei. The graphic says "Hawaii" underneath. The Molokai Mule is a the name of a cocktail created in the 1960s by Steve Crane for his chain of luxury Kon-Tiki restaurants. Its contents include orange juice, lime juice, cognac, white rum, demerara rum, and orgeat.

There is also something known as the Molokai Mule Ride, which involves a scenic tour through Kalaupapa National Historical Park on the back of a mule.
