This heathered blue vintage ringer is a souvenir from the 1981 National Scout Jamboree. The graphic on the front for the major Boy Scouts of America event is an image of George Washington facing a young scout. That year the event was held at Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia and the theme was Scout's Reunion with History. The event, which is held roughly every four years, continued to be held at Fort A.P. Hill for several consecutive years, all the way up until 2010.
The tag says small but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult extra small. There is a light spot on the front, see pics.
