This funny tee is a parody of the well known national neighborhood watch logo. The symbol on this tee has been used to warn criminals since 1972 that the neighbors watch out for each other. The character in the logo is named "Boris the Burglar". The growing crime rates during the mid 20th century inspired more communities to formally secure their neighborhood.

The logo on this tee is the same as you may see on signs across the United States, but surrounding the symbol are the words, "When 911 doesn't work .357 does".
