The shirt looks like it was made to advertise a local business or organization but there's not much information regarding any businesses with similar names, aside from a Middle Eastern bakery called Oven Hot Bakery & Sweets.

This shirt features some beautifully detailed and colorful airbrush work, and it was made back in the 80s. During that decade, airbrushed tees became significantly popular in streetwear fashion, thanks to the New York graffiti artists known as the Shirt Kings.
