This cool tee celebrates a small town musical star named Sparkle Hart. Remembered primarily as a country singer, Hart was born in the little unincorporated town of McDowell in Floyd County, Kentucky. She began performing professionally around the start of the 1980s, and gave numerous performances throughout the state of Kentucky. Perhaps Hart's biggest claim to fame wound up being her appearance on The Bob Braun Show in 1981, but she continued to be involved with the music industry, by supporting her husband J.P. Pennington of the country pop band Exile.
