This cool vintage tee is for the Welsh band The Alarm, and it was made in the late 80s to celebrates the group's fourth studio album, Change. Released in 1989, the album was meant to be an homage to the band's home country, and to emphasize this, they even released a Welsh-language version of the record titled Newid. Change featured three singles that included "A New South Wales", "Love Don't Come Easy", and their biggest mainstream hit in the US, "Sold Me Down the River".

The Alarm were initially formed in 1981, and they later became a popular new wave band of the era. They gained attention by opening for U2 in 1983, and were later given the chance to tour as the opener for Bob Dylan. This wonderful opportunity was given after the release of their album Eye of the Hurricane, which was the predecessor to Change.
