This amazing shirt pays tribute to the iconic street punk band The Exploited. Founded in Scotland during the late 70s, The Exploited gained a strong cult following of working class punks after they released their debut album Punks Not Dead in 1981. Considered a seminal album of the UK's Oi! scene, the record included tracks like "Army Life", "Dogs of War", and "Sex & Violence".

While the back of this tee promotes their debut album, the front features a familiar graphic that was used for the cover of the band's third album that was titled Let's Start a War... (Said Maggie One Day). The image features an open-mouthed skull sporting the same signature mohawk as the band's vocalist and sole consistent member, Wattie Buchan. The album art was created by Brian Schroeder, better known as Pushead, a visual artist who's no stranger to working with hardcore punk and heavy metal bands. While Pushead would later become known primarily for his work with Metallica, Let's Start a War was one his earliest album art projects. Unfortunately he was never credited for his work, not until long after the illustration had become synonymous with the band.
