This awesome shirt is a souvenir from Epcot, the second theme park to join the Walt Disney World Resort complex in Florida. Early development for the project began in the 60s, as Walt Disney had a vision for a utopian planned community that was referred to by the acronym Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. The concept was reworked after Disney's death, and the park eventually opened in October of 1982. Epcot was themed to be a celebration of human achievement, and the park debuted with two distinct sections: Future World and the World Showcase. While Future World focused on the marvels of technology and innovation, the World Showcase acted as an exhibition of international cultures.
