Biddy Basketball was a youth sports program back by the Salvation Army of Wichita, Kansas. Its roots trace as far back as the 1960s. For about 50 years, the Biddy helped young kids learn the game of basketball as well as important life values. This particular game appears to have been sponsored by JCPenney.
