Canyon River Rapids was an exciting river raft ride that used to be featured in the Pioneer Frontier section of Hersey Park in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Debuting in 1987, it was the first major ride to be added to the amusement park since the SooperDooperLooper roller coaster was introduced ten years earlier. Before it was closed in 2008, Canyon River Rapids used to carry rafts of up to six guests on a wet and wild ride through a 1700 ft long river.
