This double sided pocket tee has printed graphics that look like they might have been DIY, although it's hard to say what the unique images are for exactly. Both the front and the back make mention of the state of New Jersey, and the larger back graphic also depicts a tearful man next to the words "Crud" and "the human blunt". The shirt looks similar to the sort of DIY merch you sometimes see for local bands, although there aren't any records of a New Jersey based band with the name Crud. The closest was a Philadelphia hardcore band from the 90s, that was also active in the South Jersey scene.

Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. There is a tiny spot on the back of the tee, see pics.
