This sweet racing tee pays homage to one of the most accomplished racers in NASCAR history, Dale Earnhardt. This shirt includes one of the many nicknames given to Earnhardt and his famous black No. 3 car, "Black Velvet", and the tee celebrates his first four Winston Cup Championship victories that he earned in 1980, 1986, 1987, and 1990. Earnhardt would win three more Winston Cup titles before the end of his career.

Dale Earnhardt's career was tragically cut short in 2001, after he was involved in a fatal last-lap crash during that year's Daytona 500. However his legacy lives on, through both his son, fellow racer Dale Earnhardt Jr., and his many accolades. Earnhardt was one of only four drivers to win 100 Winston Cup races, including 76 Cup Series races and 24 non-points exhibition events. His legendary achievements lead to Earnhardt having the honor of being a part of the NASCAR Hall of Fame's inaugural class.
