This funny vintage tee features a glow in the dark graphic of Homer Simpson, the beloved albeit dim-witted patriarch featured on the animated sitcom The Simpsons. The graphic shows Homer explaining that there was an accident at his job at the Springfield Power Plant, and when you shut off the lights you can see Homer and the eyeballs surrounding him glowing in the dark. The Simpsons was created by Matt Groening, and the series made its debut on Fox in December of 1989. Groening actually chose to make Homer an employee of the nuclear power plant specifically because he felt it offered the potential for lots comedic chaos.
