This cool tee promotes the popular fast food chain McDonald's and it features Speedee. Before there was Ronald McDonald, there was Speedee, a hamburger-headed chef who served as the original mascot for the McDonald's restaurant chain. The cheery little chef even predates the golden arches, which didn't become the official logo until 1962. Speedee was phased out when it was discovered that he didn't stand out to consumers the same way Ronald and the arches did, but he's still recognized as a symbol of McDonald's early days.
