This awesome vintage band tee is for the heavy metal band Pantera for their seventh studio album Far Beyond Driven. This rare shirt features an image of the album's original cover of an anus being penetrated by a drill. This cover was banned due to the graphic and upsetting imagery and replaced by a less upsetting by comparison image of a drill boring into a person's forehead.

Both Images were created by photographer Dean Karr, who had previously done work for Tool for their album Undertow. Karr presented a variety of images to the band and they were immediately excited when they came across the backside and the drill, stating, "That's it, man. That's what this album's all about." Although their record label EastWest initially approved of the image they quickly changed their tune, resulting in the photo gracing only the sleeve of a limited edition vinyl.

Fits like a modern unisex adult extra large. There is some fading and small holes on the back, see pics.
