This 1940s deadstock toddler t-shirt features a graphic of a Dalmatian wearing a fireman's helmet with the text "My Daddy is a Fireman." Dalmatians are a traditional firehouse mascot and are sometimes used to educated on fire safety, but they were originally used in the days of horse-drawn fire carts to run alongside or in front of the horses to keep nip at their legs to keep them going, clear a path and guide the horses to fires quickly. 

This shirt fits a modern toddler 2T.

The number on the back is cracking, otherwise excellent condition.
