U.S.A. most likely stands for United Soccer Association, which was a professional soccer league based in North America in 1967. Although the league was based in North America, all of the team's were imported from Europe or South America and given "local" names. At the end of the U.S.A's only season, they formed an All-Star team, which is most likely the team that this tee is referencing. The Bermuda national football team was founded in 1964, making this shirt one of the earlier pieces of memorabilia for the team.
