This beige vintage rock t-shirt is from the REO Speedwagon live concert in Kansas City on September 1, 1979. The concert was an eventful one. Bad weather meant that a Tornado landed three miles from the Royals Stadium venue during the concert. The power at Royals stadium also went out. To make sure that the 35,000 audience members did not leave, lead singer Kevin Cronin and REO shined flashlights on themselves to show that they had not yet left. When the power at the stadium came back on, the band played the rest of the show. REO Speedwagon was joined on stage that day by Santana, The Little River Band, Pat Travers and Jay Ferguson.

The t-shirt is two sided. The front has a sunset graphic and an electric guitar. The graphic says "Hot RocknRoll Live From Kansas City". The back lists all of the bands who joined the REO headline.

The material on this t-shirt is distressed, there are many holes. Tag says Medium but fits like an Adult Small.
