This awesome t-shirt reps the movie Batman, which starred actor Michael Keaton in the titular role. The film followed Batman early in his crime fighting career and covered the conflict with his archenemy The Joker, played by Jack Nicholson. The graphic includes Batman's signature ride, the Batmobile, and bat-signal, which was used to summon the hero's help.
This 1989 film was directed by Tim Burton and it was a bit of a departure from previous, campy portrayals of Batman. Burton describes the conflict between Batman and the Joker as "a complete duel of freaks," which he portrayed in the dark, gritty, way that Batman has become known for.The film was a critical and commercial success and, although Keaton did a phenomenal job, Nicholson stole the show. Jack Nicholson's unsettling portrayal of the Joker is remembered by many as one of the best in Batman's long history.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is soft, thin, and distressed with holes on sleeves and worn spots throughout, see pics.
