This cool tee is from the Maxim Hotel and Casino. The hotel operated from 1977-2001 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The hotel was used in an episode of Matlock called "The Gambler".

Tragically this is also the location that Tupac Shakur was murdered outside of in 1996.

The hotel has been known as the Westin since 2003.
