This classic promo tee was probably made for a German company called Off Road Auto Supply sometime in the eighties. They probably specialized in car parts for jeeps and similar off-roading, AWD vehicles. 

The shirt has held up great after all these years and really captures that old school look and feel. Features double sided print, amazing graphics, and a classic ringer style. The cartoon is very reminiscent of the iconic works of Ed Big Daddy Roth, known for his Rat Fink illustration.
