This vintage football tee reps the Portland Breakers, a USFL team from Portland, Oregon in the 80s. The Breakers, previously based in Boston and New Orleans, moved to Portland in '84. Unlike many teams in the league, the Breakers never changed their name, logo, or colors when they moved around. 

Tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. It has silkscreen fading near the graphic, see pic.
