This sweet double-sided t-shirt is for the band Bad Religion, and it was made in the mid 90s, around the time the group released their album Stranger Than Fiction. Bad Religion was one of several notable punk bands to originate in Southern California during the 80s and 90s. While the band has experienced several lineup changes, founding members Greg Graffin, Jay Bentley, and Brett Gurewitz have remained the most prominent members over the years.

Stranger Than Fiction became the last Bad Religion album to feature Gurewitz for several years. The guitarist departed during the album's promotional tour to focus on his independent label, Epitaph Records, and he was replaced by Brian Baker of Minor Threat. The record ended up producing two of the band's most well known singles, "Infected" and a re-recorded version of their song "21st Century (Digital Boy)". Around this time, the group also recorded the song "Leaders and Followers" for the soundtrack of Kevin Smith's Clerks.
